Please note: This service is exclusively for VitalertKit contents using the provided prepaid envelope.

Please review and follow the instructions below:

1. Only items in your kit are permitted in this envelope
2. Do not remove the provided shipping label
3. Use only the packing provided
4. All inhalers MUST be discharged prior to being shipped
5. NO SHARPS are allowed; they must be disposed of in your on-site Sharps containers
