Refund & Return Policy

123 Compliant Logistics is a DEA-registered Reverse Distributor. We provide secure, compliant destruction services for damaged, expired, recalled, or otherwise unneeded pharmaceuticals and controlled substances that are already in the possession of other DEA registrants. We do not sell or ship pharmaceuticals to customers.

Because we are the final recipient of these materials for lawful destruction:

• Once pharmaceuticals or controlled substances are shipped to us and accepted at our facility, no refunds, credits, or returns are possible. This is required by DEA regulations (21 CFR §1317) and is strictly enforced to maintain chain-of-custody and prevent diversion.
• If a shipment is refused by us upon arrival (e.g., due to non-compliance with our accepted waste streams, improper packaging, or prohibited items), the original sender remains fully responsible for the material. In such cases we will notify you immediately and no payment will be processed (or any payment already received will be refunded minus actual handling/inspection costs).

All service fees are for the receipt, processing, documentation, and non-retrievable destruction of the materials. Fees are earned when the shipment is accepted at our dock.

By scheduling a pickup, purchasing a Simple Rate Box, or shipping materials to us, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy once materials are in our possession.
