The Large Box Destruction Service is the right choice for DEA registrants managing higher disposal volumes or clearing significant pharmaceutical backstock. Using a USPS Priority Mail large flat rate box, this service handles controlled substances CII–V, non-controlled Rx, OTC medications, listed chemicals, and compounds — all in one shipment.
Once received, our team verifies your inventory, matches it to your submitted forms, and generates all required DEA documentation, including your Record of Transfer. No DEA Form 41 required. No witnesses needed. No waste haulers to coordinate.
This service includes DEA Form 222 for Schedule II substances. Simply pack your box, ship it prepaid via USPS Priority Mail, and we handle everything else.
Perfect for: pharmacies, veterinary practices, hospitals, EMS, and any DEA registrant with larger or less frequent bulk disposal needs.
What fits: approximately 150 x 10ml vials. IF IT FITS IT SHIPS! No weight minimums.
