Large Box Controlled Substance Disposal Service
The Large Box Destruction Service is built for DEA registrants clearing out larger volumes of unused, expired, or damaged pharmaceuticals. Everything ships together in one USPS Priority Mail large box (approx. 12” x 12” x 5.5”).
You complete the inventory form for what’s in your box and keep a copy for your records. Once your box arrives, our team verifies the contents against your forms and takes care of witnessing, documentation, and DEA reporting from there. No DEA Form 41 required. No witnesses needed. No waste haulers to coordinate.
Simply pack your box and ship it prepaid via USPS Priority Mail.
Perfect for: high-volume pharmacies, surgical and specialty practices, and facility closures or annual clean-outs. Need more than one large box? Ask about our Bulk service.
