Small Box Controlled Substance Disposal Service
The Small Box Destruction Service is the ideal starting point for DEA registrants with lower volumes of unused, expired, or damaged pharmaceuticals. Using a USPS Priority Mail small flat rate box (9″x5″x1.5″), this service handles controlled substances CII–V, non-controlled Rx, OTC medications, listed chemicals, and compounds — all in one shipment.
Once received, our team verifies your inventory, matches it to your submitted forms, and generates all required DEA documentation, including your Record of Transfer. No DEA Form 41 required. No witnesses needed. No waste haulers to coordinate.
This service includes DEA Form 222 for Schedule II substances. Simply pack your box, ship it prepaid via USPS Priority Mail, and we handle everything else.
Perfect for: veterinary clinics, independent pharmacies, EMS agencies, and behavioral health facilities with occasional disposal needs.
What fits: approximately 20 x 10ml vials. No weight minimums – If it fits, it ships!
