Each box is a standard USPS Priority Mail flat rate box available at any post office, but ordering through us ensures you have them on hand when a disposal need comes up. Getting your variety pack is also a great first step toward setting up your 123 Compliant account — once your DEA registration and state license are verified, you’re ready to ship anytime.

About the Simple Rate Box Program
The Simple Rate Box (SRB) program is 123 Compliant Logistics’ flagship mail-back disposal service for DEA registrants nationwide. Designed to make controlled substance disposal as straightforward as possible — no long-term contracts, no hidden fees, and no waste haulers to coordinate.
Choose from three flat-rate box sizes based on your disposal volume. Pack your unused, expired, or damaged pharmaceuticals, ship prepaid via USPS Priority Mail, and we handle everything else — inventory verification, DEA documentation, and fully compliant incineration.
What the SRB program accepts: CII–V controlled substances, non-controlled Rx, OTC medications, listed chemicals, and compounds.
What’s included with every box: Record of Transfer report, DEA Form 222 for Schedule II substances, and full compliance documentation. No DEA Form 41 required. No witnesses needed.
